We are seeking an Economic Analysis Professional to provide high-quality macro-economic analysis to support our clients' audit teams.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with clients to assess and develop economic scenarios, conduct stress testing exercises, enhance econometric models, produce thought leadership content, and communicate economic concepts to non-economist audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and developing economic scenarios for IFRS9 purposes.
  • Conducting stress testing exercises using macroeconomic and econometric models.
  • Enhancing and developing in-house econometric models with an understanding of accreditation for audit use.
  • Producing thought leadership content highlighting key trends and risks at sector and business level.
  • Communicating economic concepts to non-economist audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a macroeconomics team/unit at a professional services company, Central Bank, or Think Tank.
  • Strong knowledge of primary sources of global and UK macroeconomic data sources and data providers.
Salary Range

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
