We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading our key account activity within the UK and EMEA regions, developing and implementing a key account strategy to drive profitable relationships with top brands, retailers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a key account strategy to drive long-term profitable relationships with key clients
• Lead our key account activity within the UK and EMEA regions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with the EMEA team of key account managers to share best practices and drive success
Requirements:
• Proven experience in key account development and management
• Strong understanding of the B2B retail and design market
• Excellent Microsoft 365 and collaboration skills
• Ability to work at all levels within target accounts
