Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver stock from customer locations to our warehouse, adhering to strict timeframes and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Load and unload deliveries, utilizing manual handling best practices to prevent injuries and damage.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of deliveries, including paperwork and scanning of parcels.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Frontline Manager to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational improvements and customer feedback.
- Valid FLT and Driver's License.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scanning software.
