About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Effectiveness Analyst to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our Group Finance function, you will play a vital role in maintaining good financial hygiene and driving billing activity across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Firm in reducing lock-up, aged WIP, and aged disbursements, ensuring invoices are raised correctly and in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance Managers and Partners to develop innovative solutions for WIP management, improving efficiencies and reducing risk.
  • Undertake specific firm-wide projects, including WIP audits, to drive improvement in billing quality and financial housekeeping.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate fee earners, partners, and PAs on financial processes and procedures related to the cash cycle.
  • Support the wider finance function with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Evidenced experience of supporting revenue management and control processes, including credit control and legal cashiering.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, particularly MS packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
