Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team at QA Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including data analysis and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  2. Management Accounting: Provide meaningful commercial commentary on variances and suggest ways to improve KPI performance, working closely with the MA team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  3. Business Partnering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Income Team, Agents Payables Registry, and FP&A, to validate data and ensure accurate financial information.
  4. Short-Term Cashflow Forecasting: Support the Financial Controller with short-term cashflow forecasting, providing accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions.
  5. Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, including deferred income and bad debt, to ensure accurate financial information.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with management accounting responsibilities.
  3. Commercial Insight: Good commercial insight and ability to provide meaningful commercial commentary.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced working knowledge of Excel and ability to build management reports.
