We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried GP to join our team at Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network (PCN). As a key member of our network, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the highest clinical standards at all times and practice in accordance with accepted good medical practice and service standards.
- Work within our Treatment Centre Service, providing up to 4 clinical sessions per week, including 1 x OOH session.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our services.
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Enhanced DBS Clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, using a range of methods, e.g. verbal, written, record keeping.
- Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work flexibly and be multi-skilled to ensure the priorities of the PCN can be met.
