Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of KS2 students with special educational needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized, tidy, and considerate classroom environment that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, inspiring good behaviour, and a passion for learning.
  • Cooperate with and support colleagues and additional classroom staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
  • Accurately assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback that promotes growth and development.
  • Comply with and implement the school's policies and take part in their supportive educational ethos.
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
