Job Responsibilities:
• Provide pastoral care to students taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
• Deliver high-quality lessons, focusing on individual children's learning targets and encouraging their strengths and improvement areas.
• Track progress and report back to parents occasionally.
Requirements:
• Qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
• Experience teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues
