Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized receptionist to join our team at St Georges Medical Centre. As a key member of our front-line team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our practice. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Support the practice team to maintain a secure and efficient environment
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve shared goals

Requirements:
  • GCSE English and mathematics at grade C or above
  • Evidence of relevant continuing professional development
  • Good IT skills, especially in email, Word, and Excel
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
