About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Selfridges as a Luxury Brand Specialist, working in our Women's Body Studio (loungewear) department. As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective product knowledge and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate exceptional service skills to customers, sharing your expertise on our products and creating lasting impressions.
  2. Share your knowledge of our brand with colleagues, communicating newness, product exclusives, and other relevant information to drive sales.
  3. Take proactive ownership of tasks that may go beyond your role expectation, identifying opportunities to enhance business, customer service, and retail standards.
  4. Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and security protocols.
  5. Show adaptability and flexibility, handling the diverse challenges of each day and being willing to work in different departments.
  6. Nurture a loyal customer base, utilizing your exceptional service skills to build lasting relationships.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
