We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to lead our Trauma Informed Personality Disorder team. As a key member of our Intensive Home Based Treatment Team, you will provide expert clinical leadership and work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of nursing care in the specialist area of Trauma Informed Personality Disorder
- Develop and maintain professional standards of nursing practice within the specialist area
- Participate in local, regional, and national networks to identify best practice and work collaboratively with professional leads and service managers
- Provide expert clinical supervision and guidance to colleagues
- Develop and implement training packages to educate others in relation to the specialist area of practice
- RMN with substantial demonstrable years post-registration experience at a senior level
- Experience of mentoring and supporting learners or ability to demonstrate the skills required for effective mentoring
- Diploma-level post-registration training related to the specialist area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge, appreciation, and implementation of evidence-based practice
