SEN Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School setting in Stockport. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs, develop their skills, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Job Tasks:
• Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide individualized support to children with SEN, promoting inclusivity and equality.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with children with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to form strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Availability for full-time work during school hours.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
