Job Title: Senior Façade Consultant

AESG is a leading international specialist consultancy, engineering, and advisory firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients' greatest challenges.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Façade Consultant to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our façade team, you will be responsible for delivering complex façade design and construction projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in façade engineering, with experience in managing multifaceted teams and driving quality and innovation on projects. You will be passionate about creating technical engineering solutions and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex façade design and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in industry professional groups and conferences, contributing to the development of our façade offering and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure an exemplary level of quality, delivering projects that meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical knowledge in Façade Engineering within Residential, Commercial, and Hotels sectors.
  • Degree in Architecture, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Preferably Master's Degree in Facades.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
