Lead and Inspire Our Care Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle in Highgate. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a small team of care assistants
  • Organise and lead by example
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of residents' daily progress
  • Perform care assistant duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in care
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Recognised medication administration qualification
  • Assertive, confident, and able to deal with challenging situations
