Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, committed to creating meaningful lives for their residents. They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Care Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team within the Care Services department. Your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to residents, in line with Avery's processes and procedures.
  • Closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, with a focus on their dignity, independence, and personal safety.
  • Dealing with concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a prompt and respectful manner.
  • Providing ongoing support to residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a senior care role, with a focus on delivering high-quality person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
