Our client, a prestigious country house hotel in the heart of Surrey, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. Salary: up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for using fresh seasonal ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes for our discerning diners. As part of a talented team of chefs, you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior chef looking to step into a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie position, where you can develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare, cook and present dishes in the Brasserie style restaurant, using fresh seasonal ingredients.
  • To support the Sous and Head Chef in the daily operation of the 2 kitchens.
  • To cater for weddings and C&B of up to 200 covers.
  • To maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety rules at all times.
