We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Manager to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our digital workplace team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint environment, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain large-scale SharePoint environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant.
  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Train and support end-users on SharePoint best practices, empowering them to get the most out of the platform.
  • Monitor and report on SharePoint performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and shape the future of our digital workplace. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
