About the Company
We are a dynamic events and communications business based in Leeds, looking for a Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team. As an Events Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, researching and sourcing new client prospects, and providing a consultative approach to discuss the benefits of entering awards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a consultative sales approach. A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 basic + 6-8k commission (uncapped) is on offer, along with hybrid working, 25 days holiday, profit-related annual bonus, pension, free parking, and bike-to-work scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Researching and sourcing new client prospects
- Selling tickets to events and conferences
- Working towards KPIs and targets
- Ensuring sales administration is followed through to completion
