The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and support to our multidisciplinary team in the Acute Medical Unit. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Provide visible, professional nursing leadership and support to the team, ensuring effective operational management of the Acute Medical Unit.
  2. Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate sound knowledge of NMC Code (2015) and contribute to the development of safe patient care practices.
  3. Talent Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth, supporting the development of nursing staff through formal and informal teaching and mentoring.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant health-related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Active NMC Registration.
  • Sound knowledge of quality and service improvement methodologies.
