About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Asher House, a registered care setting providing 24-hour nursing support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a high standard of care for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain security standards by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operation of the team, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Help create a positive culture and contribute to the overall well-being of the team.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
  • Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator and team player.
  • Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
