About the Team:

We are a dynamic and innovative team, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating thriving communities. As a Senior Community Enforcement Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, community groups, and local organizations to promote community cohesion and address resident concerns;
  • Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to identify and address community needs;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver targeted initiatives to support vulnerable residents, promoting their health, wellbeing, and independence;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on community-related issues, ensuring that our services are responsive to resident needs;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community safety and enforcement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or a related subject;
  • Experience of working in a community-based role, ideally in a housing or social care context;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions;
  • Knowledge of community safety and enforcement policies and procedures.
