Housing Assistant

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled Housing Assistant to join their team. As a Housing Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents across a range of tenures, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a first point of contact for housing services, receiving enquiries from customers and providing information and advice on housing services.
  • Support residents with a range of tenures, including tenancy management and property maintenance.
  • Manage office administrative work, including document management and processing key returns.
  • Liaise with the Voids Team and Housing Benefit Team to resolve benefit queries.
  • Process requests for refunds, statements, and direct debits.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of housing services and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Public Sector experience is desirable.
