Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled SEND Teacher to join our team at a school in Sefton. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities
- Teach classes of up to 10 pupils with SEND.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.
- Collaborate with support staff and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Assist pupils in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- QTS and experience teaching pupils with SEND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
