About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as support with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives one-on-one time. You'll also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping them enjoy each day and creating meaningful memories.

Requirements
To join us as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ability to empathize and a warm-hearted approach are essential, as is the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
