Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at Plant Designs London. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the commercial property and events sectors. You will be confident in your ability to manage a high-performing team, develop and implement effective strategies, and drive results-driven solutions.

This is a full-time role based in Central London, working between our Farringdon office/showroom and client sites. The salary for this position is estimated to be £80,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, maximizing our online presence and brand visibility.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, informing strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
