Location: London
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land acquisition and a deep understanding of the UK and London planning system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring sites within London and a 1-hour commute to the city. They will work closely with architects and consultants to develop feasibilities and manage full planning applications and dealings with Local Authorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years experience in land acquisition
- A detailed knowledge of running financial appraisals
- Sound knowledge of legal agreements
- Experience of developing feasibilities with architects and consultants
- Experience of dealing with the UK & London Planning system and managing full planning applications and dealing with Local Authorities
- Ability to make both verbal and written bid submissions and reports
- An extensive, reliable list of agents, site finders, and site owners
