Job Description

We're looking for a talented Catering and Hospitality Leader to join our team as a School Catering Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

About the Job

As a Catering and Hospitality Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences that meet the highest standards. Your focus will be on overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising culinary and catering teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to monitor KPIs and targets effectively.
