As a Data Centre Operations Service Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across our data centre campus.

Job Description:

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including a travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, and health insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-level plans and maintenance schedules for activities across the data centre campus, monitoring and tracking department projects, and reporting on progress to the Planning Manager.

You will also support in the preparation of customer audits, provide evidence on maintenance activities and completed works, and update daily FM shift attendance registers.

Audit the CAFM system to ensure data integrity is maintained, review assets created on CAFM to ensure correct setup of contractual planned works, and ensure newly handed over assets are correctly set up on the CAFM system.

Liaise with DC Ops team to review completed works for monthly FM billing approval and support the wider DC Ops team in processing orders.

Key requirements include experience in project planning/scheduling and reporting, experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications, and 2-4 years of experience in a Facilities Maintenance coordination role.

An ITIL environment and preferably experience in Asset Management are also desirable. Excellent planning skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
