About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product and Service Manager to join our DWP Digital team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services (Networks) team, you will be responsible for managing a range of Network Services and Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a robust and resilient infrastructure network to support colleagues and customers across 850+ sites.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure operational stability, availability, and quality of DWP Networks.
  • Provide secure, reliable, and flexible access to network services through Wifi, SD-WAN, and Internet connectivity solutions.
  • Assess and maintain Network services within On-Premise Hosting Data Centres and Secure Digital Exchange (SDX) integration with Cloud Service Providers.

Requirements
  • Good experience of effectively communicating at different levels across a range of stakeholders using a variety of methods.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and/or technical information to recommend considered approaches.
  • Skilled in delivering excellent customer service which balances quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Experience or knowledge of IT Service Management.
Location and Working Arrangements

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Blackpool, Manchester, or Newcastle, working a hybrid model with some time spent working at home and some time collaborating face-to-face in a hub.
