We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail assistants.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the shop manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensuring the shop is run efficiently and effectively, including managing stock levels, controlling operational costs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Providing coaching and training to retail assistants to help them develop their skills and knowledge
