About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Hygiene Specialist to join our team at SER Ltd. As a key member of our Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients in the environmental and water treatment sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in multiple water treatment/water hygiene disciplines, including ACOP L8 and BSRIA standards. You will be responsible for performing water treatment and water hygiene tasks, assisting in managing daily workforce tasks, and ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are accurately completed.

You will also be responsible for providing timely, concise reports and feedback on all completed works, supporting the development of project proposals, and mentoring, training, and supporting team members in their professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform water treatment and water hygiene tasks in accordance with ACOP L8 and BSRIA standards.
  • Assist in managing daily workforce tasks, including resource management.
  • Ensure PPM schedules are accurately completed in line with client and compliance requirements.
  • Provide timely, concise reports and feedback on all completed works.
  • Support the development of project proposals, including feasibility, cost estimation, and timelines.
  • Mentor, train, and support team members in their professional growth and development.

About You

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple water treatment/water hygiene disciplines.
  • A strong understanding of industry compliance standards, including ACOP L8 and BSRIA.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in resource and workforce management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Comfortable providing training and mentorship to team members.
