**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Rank Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage department, ensuring that every culinary creation and beverage dispensed meets the highest standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation. A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry is also essential, as well as a real passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entirety of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
