Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to speak German to a professional level (B2 or higher). They will also possess a strong desire to learn, develop, and take ownership of projects. Self-motivated team players with the ability to work on their own initiative and build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business will thrive in this role.
About the Role:- Support various initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention
- Work closely with Function Heads across the UK/IE to improve People practices
- Manage full recruitment processes, from writing ads to onboarding new starters
- Assist with optimising and improving recruitment and other 'people' processes
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement across all people metrics
You will be responsible for managing talent pipelines, candidate attraction methods, and ATS. You will also assist with general People/HR responsibilities, including developing processes and exit interviews.
A basic salary of up to £29k plus bonus is offered. Additional benefits include monthly Friday Socials, quarterly Conferences, employee Awards, Holiday buying Scheme, Wellness Wednesday's, and Personal development plans.
