Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Stanley

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at a friendly school in Stanley. As part of an established team, you will be supporting in the Nursery, including 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting primary school aged children in the Nursery setting
  • Providing 1:1 support for children with SEND
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure high-quality educational experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working with primary school aged children
  • Experience working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress and well-being of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
