About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living tasks
• Support individuals with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
