Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastoral Support Specialist to join our team at Teach360. As a Pastoral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students to improve their attendance, behaviour, and learning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with students to identify and address any barriers to learning and behaviour.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package for students.
  4. Identify students at potential risk and work alongside external agencies to provide additional support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Knowledge of child development and behaviour management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
