Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastoral Support Specialist to join our team at Teach360. As a Pastoral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students to improve their attendance, behaviour, and learning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students to identify and address any barriers to learning and behaviour.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package for students.
- Identify students at potential risk and work alongside external agencies to provide additional support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
- Knowledge of child development and behaviour management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
