We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will support children aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a specialist provision. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs and a passion for making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one support to children
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
