About the Role

We are seeking a talented Waiting Staff to join our team at Hungry Horse. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Know our menu inside out, making recommendations to customers and ensuring they have a great dining experience.
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers while they dine with us.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet our high standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for every guest.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment is desirable, but not essential.
