About the Role

We are seeking a talented Waiting Staff to join our team at Hungry Horse. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to customers and ensuring they have a great dining experience.
  • Greet, serve, and look after our customers with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
