Actuarial Pricing Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Profitability team in London/Leeds. As an Actuarial Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in producing the Pricing Best Estimate (PBE) and Possible Outcome Scenarios (POS) for our Commercial Lines products.

About the Role

As an Actuarial Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the quarterly reviews of the PBE and POS process, working closely with various teams to unlock value through shared data, systems, and methods. You will also strive to improve the statistical validity and efficiency of all modelling, projection processes, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of pricing models and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with data and MI teams to ensure timely releases of related data and reports.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data quality, processing, and data visualization principles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual with a strong background in actuarial science, data analysis, or a related field. You should have experience with data quality, processing, and data visualization principles, as well as knowledge of SAS, Python, or SQL. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate evidence of curiosity to develop your skillset.
