We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to lead our business growth agenda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing new ideas, and driving change to support our customers and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Generate growth opportunities for the wider group structure, including acquisition, market diversification, and complimentary service growth.
- Develop new services or products that meet the changing needs of our customers, communities, commissioners, and policy makers.
- Turn stakeholder relationships into strategic partners, delivering return for our customers and maximising opportunities to secure external funding.
- Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver against our charitable purpose and grow services and new business opportunities.
- Research and develop a robust prospect pipeline to meet both financial and strategic targets.
- Full understanding of the funding and grant submission process and a proven track record of securing income through this route.
- Experience of securing income, particularly multi-year funding to ensure full cost recovery across all areas.
- Experience of generating diversified income through new markets and developing and establishing new models.
- Experience of acquisitions and mergers to support business growth.
- A proven track record of turning stakeholder relationships into productive and impactful partnerships.
