Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic lifeguard to join our team at Splash Waterworld. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while they enjoy our pool and water attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
  • Participate in poolside activities and events
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Requirements:

  • Current lifeguard certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
