About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at Butlin's Splash Waterworld. As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring the pool area, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We're looking for strong swimmers with excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to engage with a wide range of people. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we'll also provide you with the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.

As a Butlin's team member, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break for our guests. If you're a team player who's not afraid to get stuck in and create smiles, we'd love to hear from you.
