Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operates within the regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with the FCA's Consumer Duty requirements and other regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company compliance requirements.
  • Work in accordance with the Data Protection policy.
  • Hold the SMF 16 function (Compliance oversight function).
  • Provide an effective systems and controls framework across the Organisation.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of effective systems and processes within the Organisation.
  • Monitor all aspects of the business to identify actual or potential weaknesses.
  • Act as Compliance Officer in identifying, investigating, and rectifying rule breaches.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications such as CISI Level 6 Diploma in Financial Compliance.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work within a team.
  • Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally Intelligent Office, Volume, Imago, and Pulse dealing system.
