Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team in an Investment Monitoring role. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with the FCA's Consumer Duty requirements and other regulatory obligations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance to develop and implement effective systems and controls.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on regulatory obligations and compliance procedures.
- Identify and investigate potential rule breaches and ensure associated reporting requirements are met.
- Relevant qualifications such as CISI Level 6 Diploma in Financial Compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Compliance Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant compliance software.
