We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at INGEUS UK LIMITED in Braintree. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in assessing the abilities of individuals with physical or mental health conditions, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of claimants' abilities and needs.
  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and contribute to ongoing improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in adult nursing, paramedicine, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy, with at least 12 months of post-registration experience in the UK.
  • Experience treating a wide range of physical and mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication.
