Enterprise Service Manager, AWS UKI - Professional Services

Job ID: AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch)

As an Enterprise Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sell and deliver relationship with one or more of our commercial enterprise organizations. You will develop a long-term Professional Services strategy and execute that strategy with those accounts. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight, and program management in those accounts.

  1. Develop long-term consulting relationships with C-Suite customers.
  2. Identify and develop specific opportunities and support business cases.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  4. Plan and implement a portfolio of projects, including budget and deliverable responsibilities.
  5. Mitigate delivery risks and issues.
  6. Oversee the delivery of projects in account, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  7. Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition.
  8. Coach Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficient.
About the Team

Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles. Extensive experience managing large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets/sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, etc.). SAFe, Agile, and/or DevOps accreditation/experience a plus. Experience with large-scale enterprise system integration, including SAP, BI Systems, Oracle, and others. Experience with designing, building, and operating global IT organizations and infrastructures.
