Trade Compliance and Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Import & Export Coordinator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As an Import & Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational requirements are met accurately and on time.
This includes investigating and resolving discrepancies between product and supplier master data, correcting errors in orders received, and processing all orders while maintaining compliance with customs laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing communication with suppliers, analyzing their performance, and taking responsibility for managing your own work.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a direct point of contact for suppliers and internal clients
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between product and supplier master data
- Correcting errors in orders received
- Processing all orders while maintaining compliance with customs laws and regulations
- Managing communication with suppliers
- Analyzing supplier performance
- Taking responsibility for managing your own work
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school GCSE level education, grades A-C
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Working in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a combination of home and office working, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
