About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Overview

As a Nurse Specialist in our care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To administer medication and monitor the health and well-being of our residents
  • To develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team
  • To promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect for all our residents
Requirements
  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks - NMC and CQC
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
