Government Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Government Communications Specialist to oversee projects integrating expertise in strategic communications, capacity building, and public policy to deliver outcomes for our clients. Based in Dubai, Bahrain, or Riyadh, you will work with government entities and officials to develop and implement effective communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communications plans aligned with client goals
  • Handle crisis communications with professionalism and tact
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects for government entities, structuring and delivering comprehensive communications programs
  • Manage ambiguity and uncertainty in projects, applying models and tools to solve complex problems
  • Present complex data in concise and compelling presentations to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with government clients in the Gulf region
  • Able to manage projects from start to finish with clear plans and structured workstreams
  • Commissioned and integrated analysis from colleagues to inform decision-making
  • Managed communications workstreams for large government projects, developing solutions based on stakeholder needs
Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
